May I place an order without creating an account?

Cheesecake Factory(R) restaurants nationwide. You may add value to
your gift card during any visit to The Cheesecake Factory(R)
restaurants.
The terms and conditions for use of a The Cheesecake Factory(R)
Gift Card include:
- Please safeguard this Card as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen;
- The Card does not expire or accrue fees;
- Except where required by law, this card cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash;
- Where prohibited by law, you cannot use this Card to pay for alcoholic beverages;
- Use of this Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions;
- Card only valid in the United States and Puerto Rico;

What are my shipping options for gift cards?
Orders for gift cards with a total dollar value of less than $250
will be shipped via First Class Mail and will usually arrive within
5 - 7 days.
Orders for gift cards with a total dollar value of $250
or more will be shipped via 2nd Day delivery and will arrive in 2 -
4 business days.
How much is shipping and handling for gift cards?

How do I check the balance on my gift card?
You can check the balance on your gift card by visiting
https://shop.thecheesecakefactory.com/order/gift-card.html or by
clicking the "Gift Cards" tab and entering the card number and
card PIN in the appropriate fields.
The Cheesecake Factory(R) gift card balances may also be checked
without the PIN by calling 1-888-891-2429, 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
I received a gift card that reads "With Our Compliments" on it.
What is the difference between this complimentary gift card and
a regular gift card?
Complimentary gift cards are given out by The Cheesecake Factory(R) free of charge for various reasons.
It cannot be resold, cannot be used to pay for gratuities or alcohol, and is not redeemable for cash.
Do you offer discounts on corporate or large volume gift card orders?
Yes. Gift card orders with a total face value of at least $1,000 may
be eligible for special programs. Call us at 1-800-330-CAKE (2253)
between 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to
learn about programs we offer that may meet your needs.
Do you charge sales tax on gift cards?
There is no sales tax charged on gift cards.
What are eGift Cards?
eGift Cards are gift cards that are delivered electronically by email
and work the same way as traditional gift cards.

Do you accept credit cards with a billing address
outside the U.S.?
We can only process credit cards with a billing address within the U.S.,
except New Mexico. We are unable to process credit cards with an APO or
FPO military address, U.S. Territories or any other addresses outside
the U.S.
May I pay for my order using multiple payment methods?
Yes, you may pay for your order using two credit cards. If you would like
to split payment of your order total using two credit cards, you will need
to indicate the dollar amount that you would like charged to the first credit
card when you enter that card's information. You will then be prompted to
enter a second credit card for the remaining balance.
Can I purchase The Cheesecake Factory(R) gift cards using The Cheesecake Factory(R) gift cards I already have?
No, we do not allow The Cheesecake Factory(R) gift cards to be purchased using our own gift cards.
Balance transfers are not allowed between The Cheesecake Factory(R) gift cards.
What do you do to secure credit card information transmitted over the Internet?
Your privacy and security are important to us. We use commercial
firewall technology that uses Secure Socket Layer protection and
128-bit encryption to secure your information. If you have an account
with us, you will also be protected by your unique Login ID and
