What are my shipping options for cheesecakes?
We ship our cheesecakes by 2nd Day, Next Day and Saturday delivery. Only Next Day and Saturday delivery options are guaranteed to arrive on an exact day. Most 2nd Day deliveries will arrive two days from the date shipped, but some may arrive the next day. A signature is not required by the recipient upon delivery.
Unless otherwise specified, cheesecake orders placed by 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time cannot be shipped until the following business day. Orders can be shipped via 2nd Day delivery to arrive on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only. Orders shipped via Next Day delivery can arrive on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays (where available and at an extra charge). We are unable to ship over the weekend or on holidays due to the perishable nature of our products.

To ensure freshness, cheesecakes must be delivered within two days of shipment from our distribution location. If you are shipping cheesecakes to destinations experiencing high daytime temperatures we recommend that you ship your cheesecake via Next Day delivery.

What is the best way to slice the cheesecake?
Our 10-inch cheesecakes are pre-sliced for your convenience and for consistency in size. Our 7-inch cheesecakes are not sliced. To slice, we suggest only partially thawing the cheesecake in the refrigerator, and then using a knife that has been dipped in hot water to cut the desired portion.
What is the best way to remove the paper dividers between the slices of the 10-inch cheesecakes?
Slice through the paper between each slice of cheesecake using a knife that has been dipped in hot water. Then slide the knife between the cardboard base and the cheesecake to remove the slice. Slowly pull the paper divider from the back of the slice toward the front. We recommend removing the paper while the cheesecake is still frozen or only partially thawed.
What is the best way to store a cheesecake?
The Cheesecake Factory desserts may be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 6 months. We recommend that frozen cheesecakes be thawed overnight in the refrigerator, removed from the box, but remain in the plastic wrap. Cakes that have been defrosted should not be refrozen. If you wish to enjoy only a few slices, then we suggest removing only the desired portion and rewrapping the remainder so that it can remain in the freezer. Portions or individual slices should be defrosted in the same manner suggested above.
